Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Sap and Soil LLC.

1. Services

Sap and Soil LLC provides land services including but not limited to excavation, tree care, fuels reduction, hardscaping and fencing. All services are subject to availability and agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on current project conditions and may change if conditions differ.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Final pricing will be communicated before proceeding with extra work.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We reserve the right to stop work on unpaid balances.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduled services may be rescheduled due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations.

5. Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for:

Identifying property boundaries

Marking underground utilities unless otherwise agreed

Providing clear access to the work area

Sap and Soil LLC is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or improperly marked utilities.

6. Liability

We perform work with reasonable care and professionalism. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing site conditions

We are not responsible for damages beyond our control

7. Communication & SMS Consent

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, no long-term warranties are provided due to the nature of land and environmental conditions.
